Ad-Hoc IT Support
Our ad-hoc IT Support pricing allows you to pay for IT support just when you need
Remote and Telephone IT Support costs from £40 per hour, charged every 30 minutes.
Onsite Support is charged at £45 per hour with an initial callout of £65 including
the first hour.
If you require regular IT support maybe our IT Support contracts will work out cheaper
for you. Not only do you save money, but through proactive monitoring we are working
on resolving issues before you know they exist.
Monthly IT Support
These agreements are made after consultation to fit your businesses IT requirements.
We take everything into account when pricing our IT support to ensure the best possible
service at the best price.
Included in this Contract as standard is the ability to call on us whenever you need
to get support at no extra cost. This varies by plan and can include just remote/telephone
IT support or full blown onsite response.
How we charge
Our IT support agreements are paid in advance on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis
so you know exactly what your costs are at the time of entering into the contract.
